Amora Privacy Policy

Amora collects the information needed to create date-plan previews and unlocked itineraries.

Information Amora Collects

  • Planning area or approximate location, when you choose to detect your area.
  • Date preferences, budget, duration, no-drinking preference, and personal context you type or paste.
  • Purchase and entitlement information from Apple StoreKit.
  • Support messages you send to Amora.
  • Limited, pseudonymous product analytics about selected app interactions and standard technical metadata.

AI Processing

Amora sends your planning area, preferences, and personal context to our AI provider to generate your plan. Do not paste sensitive information you do not want processed for this purpose.

On-Device Storage

Amora saves your AI disclosure acceptance and latest fully unlocked plan on your device for convenience.

How Information Is Used

Amora does not sell personal information. Amora uses collected information to generate plans, provide purchases, operate support, and prevent abuse.

Product Analytics

Amora uses PostHog Cloud in the European Union to understand whether its core planning and subscription flows work. Selected events include continuing past the AI notice, plan-generation outcomes, paywall views, purchase and restore outcomes, regeneration, and opening a place in Maps.

PostHog receives a random, pseudonymous installation identifier and standard technical metadata such as app version, operating system version, device type, and locale. It does not receive your account information, Apple transaction identifier, location or planning area, personal text, generated plans, or payment proof.

Amora disables GeoIP enrichment and error autocapture and does not use PostHog person profiles, session replay, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking. Purchase analytics record only the outcome; App Store Connect remains the authoritative source for app performance, purchases, and subscriptions.

Location

Location detection is optional. You can type a planning area instead.
